What does the Conscious Intentions coaching programme cover?

Awareness, intention and action are the 3 fundamental things that we need to have in place to create focused change.

Developing conscious awareness and intention means we no longer have to operate on auto-pilot (where our unconscious mind calls all the shots) but can become skilled at noticing the unconscious forces at play in your life and take responsibility for transforming your life for the better.

As a licensed NLP master practitioner, hypnotherapist, life and spiritual coach, I can help you bring the unconscious to the conscious and create intentions and actions to understand the influences at play in your life and take personal responsibility to transform your life for the better.

What should I expect in my coaching session?

While this will obviously depend on your specific coaching needs and requirements, the Conscious Intentions coaching programme is all about working with you through the powerful tools of NLP, transformational coaching, hypnosis and other targeted techniques, to give you more power and personal freedom to be the best you can be and create your own life experience consciously and deliberately.

We will work with you to show up the unconscious influences at play at your life (beliefs, values, perceptions) and allow you to create a more deliberate life experience through awareness and conscious intention. Sessions with us are simple, fun and relaxed

What is NLP?

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It is an attitude and methodology founded by Dr Richard Bandler and John Grindler that allows people to think and communicate more effectively.

NLP studies the way we represent our experience through our neurology (neuro), how we communicate with ourselves and others (linguistic), and how we can change our habitual ways of thinking, communicating and behaving (programming). We use the process of learning about how we think, communicate and act to start thinking, communicating and acting more usefully and fluently.

What can NLP help with?

NLP is about helping you think, communicate and act more usefully, based on studying and modelling the success of others. You will be shown techniques to allow you to access more personal freedom and more success in every area of your life.

We can help you to move on from the past, get rid of fears or phobias, improve confidence and self esteem, improve communication skills, and essentially put you back in the driving seat of your own life.

This includes you just having a better day for no reason at all and experiencing a whole new set of choices and option in every aspect of your life.

Will you hypnotise me?

Hypnosis is very simply an altered state of consciousness, a deep state of relaxation.

At the end of the session, you are likely to experience a simple eyes closed process in which you will be guided to relax and embed your learning at an unconscious level through a range positive suggestions and experiences that will help accelerate the learning and change process outside of the session.

Unconscious suggestions are powerful influences for change and will help support the awareness and conscious intentions for change developed during the session.

What about stress, anxiety and phobias?

Yes, we can also help you understand how your brain creates this type of experience and give you the NLP based tools and techniques to take back your own personal freedom in these areas by giving you the power to think differently.

Is there anything you won't be able to help me with?

Our coaching programme is all about demonstrating to you that you have the resources within you to guide yourself through a more successful life experience letting go of the limitations that just don’t work for you anymore.

We will show how you can create a new level of awareness and choice within your life and give you the tools to take personal responsibility for what is going and change things quickly and easily until you back in the driving seat of your own life experience.
